1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case E-FIR No.
BNS.
2. I have heard learned counsel for accused/applicant and learned APP
for State assisted by IO/SI Sandeep Bishnoi.

3. Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that
the allegedly stolen vehicle was recovered from possession of his brother, who is a co-accused.
4. Learned counsel for accused/applicant submits that there is no
evidence against him and he is in jail since 06.01.2026.
5. Learned APP assisted by the IO fairly admits that as regards the
alleged theft of the subject vehicle, there is no evidence. As regards the recovery of the allegedly stolen vehicle, the IO has shown me in his mobile phone a clip.
6. The said mobile phone clip being the only evidence against the
accused/applicant, I have examined the same. It is stated to be footage of CCTV installed at a petrol pump and according to the IO, the person wearing a muffler coming out of that vehicle and getting it fuelled is the accused/applicant.
7. The allegedly stolen vehicle was recovered from the co-accused, who
has already been granted bail.
8. There is no other material against the accused/applicant.
9. Considering the above circumstances, I do not find any reason to
deprive further liberty to the accused/applicant. Therefore, the bail

application is allowed and accused/applicant is directed to be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The accompanying application stands disposed of.
10. A copy of this order be immediately transmitted to the concerned Jail
Superintendent for informing the accused/applicant. Dasti copy of this order
be given to the learned counsel for accused/applicant.
