For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 3. Ms. Kaur, learned standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Delhi Development Authority (“DDA”)/ respondent Nos. 1 and 2. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 04/02/2026 at 13:44:18 plantation, pursuant to the orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, are being carried out in Khasra No. 505, 501, 492, 493, 494, 495, 496, 497, and 498 and the alleged petitioner’s land is not forming part of the land, where the proposed action is being undertaken by the DDA. 5. The statement of the learned standing counsel for DDA is taken on record and the DDA is bound by the same. 6. Ms. Kaur, learned standing counsel for DDA, has handed over a KML file, which is TSS super imposed on Google Earth Image, which shows that Khasra Nos. 503, 504 and 442 situated within the revenue estate of Village Maidangarhi, Delhi are not being acquired. 7. For the said reasons, the prayers in the present petition have become infructuous in view of the statement made by the learned standing counsel for the DDA. 8. The demarcation report shall be provided to the petitioner. 9. Ms. Gupta, learned panel counsel for respondent No. 4, will ensure that the Revenue Department carries out the demarcation of Khasra Nos. 503, 504 and 442 situated within the revenue estate of Village Maidangarhi, Delhi after hearing the petitioner in case the land is not urbanised, along with assistance of any other authority expeditiously and not later than 6 weeks. 10. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, along with pending applications if any. 11. The plan/map and documents handed over in the Court today are taken on record.
