CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV NARULA ORDER % 29.01.2026 1. The Petitioner asserts that she was employed with the Respondent School since 1984 as an Assistant Teacher and retired on 31 st January, 2023 after rendering 39 years of service. 2. The grievance of the Petitioner pertains to the alleged non-payment of gratuity and leave encashment dues. In this regard, the Petitioner states that she has submitted representations to the school, to which no response has been received. 3. Reliance is also placed on a legal notice dated 12 th December, 2025 issued by counsel for the Petitioner, setting out her claims. 4.
