The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent/MCD to take action against the illegal construction of a multi- storied building on Property no. 7/10, Pant Nagar, Jangpura, New Delhi and for encroaching on the Government land. 2. The petitioner is a resident of 7/7, Ground Floor, Pant Nagar, Jangpura, New Delhi-110014.
