CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN ORDER % 02.02.2026 1. Applicant-Ruby seeks regular bail in FIR No. 359/2021 dated 22.10.2021, for commission of offences under Sections 376/506 of IPC and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, registered at P.S. Sarita Vihar. 2. She is, reportedly, in custody since 12.11.2021 and learned counsel for applicant submits that the victim has already been examined and she has not whispered even a single word against the applicant. 3.
