impugns order dated 16.04.2019, whereby, learned District Judge approved the proclamation of the sale of the Property No.217/2, Gali No.7, Padam Nagar, Kishanganj, Delhi.

2. A Suit for partition was filed by respondent No.1 contending that subject property was the property owned by late Smt. Mukhtiary Devi wife of late Sh. Sumer Chand Sharma. It was contended that Sh. Sumer Chand Sharma and Smt. Mukhtiary Devi had 6 children - 3 sons and 3 daughters and one son had predeceased and accordingly, the estate had devolved on the 5 children and legal heirs of the predeceased son in equal shares.
