Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby quashing FIR No.195/2019 dated 22.06.2019, registered at PS - Amar Colony, for the offences punishable under Sections 323/354-A/354-D/506 IPC and all other proceedings emanating therefrom.
