seeks interim bail for a period of two months in FIR No.122/2018 under Sections
NDPS Act, Police Station Crime Branch on the ground that he is suffering from several ailments and requires urgent surgery.

2. As per the medical documents, petitioner has been diagnosed with Hypertension with Umbilical Hernia with chronic swelling right leg and advised surgery.... Petitioner

was taken for surgery at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital but he refused surgery. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the surgery was 3. 5. Keeping in view the totality of facts and circumstances, I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out a case for grant of interim bail for the purposes of his medical treatment.

6. Accordingly, on petitioner furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, petitioner shall be released on interim bail for a period of four weeks subject to the following conditions: (i) (ii)... Petitioner
