"HON’BLE MR JUSTICE SANJEEV SACHDEVA JUDGMENT3110.2018 SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J.

(ORAL) 1. The petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No.343/2018 under Sections 323/341/380/5
of the IPC, Police Station New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi. Subsequently, Section 308 Indian Penal Code, 1860 has been added.

2. The allegations against the petitioner in the FIR are that the complainant had a dispute with his wife. During quarrel, wife of the complainant called her mother and brother. They came to the house of the complainant and started beating the complainant with stick, on account of which he sustained injuries. BAIL APPLN. 2509/2018 Page 1 of 2 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated. He submits that complainant was maltreating his wife, i.e. the sister of the petitioner and the subject complaint is a counter blast to her complaints. 5. Without commenting of the merits of the case as also on examination of the record, I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out a case for grant of regular bail.

6. Accordingly, petitioner is admitted to bail. He is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- alongwith one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, if not required in another case. The petitioner shall not do anything, which may either prejudice the trial or the prosecution witnesses.
