Through: Mr. Sanyat Lodha,Ms. Aakashi Lodha and Mrs. Sanjana Saddy, Advocates Versus NORTH EAST CENTRE FOR TECHNOLOGY APPLICATION AND REACH (NECTAR) AND ORS Through: Mr. Sumit Rajput, Advocate .....Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL GAUR ORDER

(ORAL) Quashing of 31 Memos/Office Orders including the ones pertaining to wrong deduction in petitioner’s salary to the tune of `3,77,402/- till June, 2017, is sought in this petition.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the said Memos have been already responded to and Representations qua Office Orders/recovery of excess payment due to retrospective revision of petitioner’s salary, etc., have been already made, but there is no response by the respondents.

Upon hearing, it is deemed appropriate to permit petitioner to make a concise and composite Representation in respect of all the 31 Memos and against the Office Orders of which petitioner is aggrieved.
