2) Leave granted. We find that the connected matter has been disposed of by another Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.07.2017. The order reads as follows:- “Delay condoned. Leave granted. This appeal is filed seeking enhancement of compensation in respect of the land acquired vide Notification dated 27.01.2003 issued under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act (‘the Act’) followed by declaration dated 23.01.2004 under Section 6 of the Act. On reference, the learned District Judge assessed the market value of the acquired land at Rs.20,00,000/- per acre, which is maintained by the High Court while refusing to give any further enhancement.
