1. This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 550 of 2015 pending on the file of the 4th respondent to the 5th respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. it is seen that initially the case in Crime No.550 of 2015 under Section 174 Cr.P.C. has been registered and after investigation, an alteration report has been filed, including Section 306 IPC. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that A1 has been arrested and released on bail. As regards other accused, on account of their old age, they have been granted anticipatory bail by the Court.
