1. This petition has been filed to issue appropriate direction to dispose proceedings pending in C.C.No. 79/2012 before learned Judicial Magistrate Court Bodinayakkanoor in pursuance of the Crime no. 15/2011 on the file of the respondent police in speedy manner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the accused himself has filed this petition for a direction to the Trial Court to complete the trial in C.C.No.79 of 2012 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court Bodinayakkanoor.
