1. This petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in C.C.No.84 of 2015 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, Madurai District and quash the same with regard to the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.K.Chellapandian, learned Additional Advocate General, appearing for R1 on 15.03.2016 and posted the matter to 16.03.2016 for arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
