1. This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.84 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai and quash the charge sheet and the consequential further proceedings insofar as the Petitioners are concerned.

2. Heard Mr.K.Chellapandian, learned Additional Advocate General, appearing for the respondent on 15.03.2016 and posted the matter to 16.03.2016 for arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioners.
