1. This petition has been filedto direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai to dispose of the petition under Section 125 (3) of Cr.P.C. in Crl.M.P.No.37 of 2014 in M.C.No. 17 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
