1. This petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul to dispose of the case pending in D.V.O.P.NO.7 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Dindigul.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Taking into consideration the volume of work of the Trial Court, this Court directs the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul to dispose of the case in D.V.O.P.NO.7 of 2015 pending on its file within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
