1. The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to provide relief amount to the petitioner under Rule 12(4) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules, 1995 Schedule Annexure-I.

2.
