1. This petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai City/the 2nd respondent herein to register the petitioner's complaint dated 09.03.2016 as an FIR.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On reading of the complaint dated 09.03.2016, it essentially appears to be a money dispute. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR.
