1. This petition has been filed to direct the the 2nd respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 11.01.2016 and initiate necessary action in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who would submit that the complaint, earlier given by the petitioner for the same set of facts was enquired into and was closed on 11.01.2016. A copy of the closure report is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
