1. This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd responent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 17.02.2015 thereafter on further reminder made on 10.08.2015 and to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

It is seen that though the previous complaint dated 17.02.2015 of the petitioner was duly enquired into and the same was closed on 28.04.2015, as a follow up, the petitioner has given the present complaint dated 10.08.2015.
