1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction submits that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and the Civil Revision petition is to be dismissed. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement in the Civil Revision petition to this effect.

2. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as one having become infructuous. No costs.
