(Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to open the tender bid submitted by the Petitioner, dated 11.3.2016, in respect of Tamil Nadu Urban Road Infrastructure Project(TURIP) 2016-2017'' to be implemented in the third respondent Municipality and to proceed with the same in accordance with law.)
1. Heard both sides.
2. By consent of both sides, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. The Petitioner in the main Writ Petition prays for passing of an order by this Court in directing the Third Respondent to open the tender bid submitted by him, dated 11.3.2016, in respect of Tamil Nadu Urban Road Infrastructure Project(TURIP) 2016-2017'' to be implemented in the Third Respondent/The Commissioner, Keelakarai Municipality, Ramanathapuram District, Virudhunagar District and to proceed with the same in accordance with law.

At this stage, the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 brings it to the notice of this Court that the tender, dated 11.3.2016, scheduled to take place on 27.5.2016 at 3.30 p.m, was stopped for some administrative reasons and in this regard, the Petitioner was informed through notice, dated 24.5.2016 in reference in Na.Ka.No.109/2016/Ee1. Furthermore, it is represented on behalf of the Respondents 1 and 2 that a fresh tender is called for on 4.7.2016 and in this regard, a notification was issued on 27.5.2016.
5. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court concludes that nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. Viewed in that perspective, this Court closes the Writ Petition. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
