1. Heard both sides.

2. It is represented on behalf of the Respondent that the Respondent/The Tahsildar, Madurai South Taluk, Collectorate Campus, Madurai, in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6907/2015/S, dated 25.09.2015, had informed that there is variation in extent in regard to the enjoyment of 10 cents of the Petitioner and that of the place sub-dividided as per the Village Accounts and further, based on the report of the Circle Deputy Inspector, the Petitioner can file an appeal before the Assistant Director of Land Survey, Madurai District and to seek an order for change of patta.
