1. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.12 of 2016 on the file of Family Court, Karaikal(previously H.M.O.P.No.57 of 2014 on the file of the Additional District Court, Karaikal) and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the case may be transferred to the file of the Judge,Family Court,Madurai.
