1. This revision arises out of the order passed by I Additional District Munsif, Tirunelveli in I.A.No.565 of 2014 in O.S.No.266 of 2013 dated 27.04.2015.

2. Heard the counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The respondent, as plaintiff filed a suit against the petitioner for recovery of possession. Subsequently, the plaintiff filed an application in I.A.No.565 of 2014 under Order 6 Rule 17 and Section 151 of C.P.C, for amendment of the schedule of the property. The learned Judge having found that the new prayer would not change the character or nature of the suit, allowed the application.
