1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy under the SARFAESI Act. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. This Writ Petition is dismissed withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
