1. heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant/respondent/complainant. 2. it appears from the order of this court dated 22.08.2016 in m.p.no.1 of 2013 in crl.a.sr.no.16483 of 2013 that though notice was sent to the respondent, the cover was returned as unclaimed . hence, the petitioner/appellant was directed to take steps to serve the respondent through paper publication in two dailies i.e., one in english and one in tamil, for the hearing on 07.09.2016. 3. it transpires that the petitioner had effected paper publication in m.p.no.1 of 2013 in crl.a.sr.16483 of 2013 only in evening tamil daily namely, malai sudar dated 25.08.2016. however, the petitioner/appellant has not taken steps till date for effecting publication in english daily as ordered by this court earlier on 22.08.2016. in view of the foregoings, this court to prevent an aberration of justice, directs the petitioner/appellant/respondent/complainant to effect publication in english daily (where there is wide circulation and also in and around the vicinity of the respondent's address) indicating the date of hearing as 21.09.2016. 4. is directed to list the matter on 21.09.2016.

1. Heard the Learned counsel for the Petitioner/Appellant/Respondent/Complainant.

2. It appears from the order of this Court dated 22.08.2016 in M.P.No.1 of 2013 in Crl.A.SR.No.16483 of 2013 that though notice was sent to the Respondent, the cover was returned as unclaimed . Hence, the Petitioner/Appellant was directed to take steps to serve the Respondent through paper publication in two dailies i.e., one in English and one in Tamil, for the hearing on 07.09.2016.

3. It transpires that the Petitioner had effected paper publication in M.P.No.1 of 2013 in Crl.A.SR.16483 of 2013 only in Evening Tamil daily namely, Malai Sudar dated 25.08.2016. However, the Petitioner/Appellant has not taken steps till date for effecting publication in English daily as ordered by this Court earlier on 22.08.2016. In view of the foregoings, this Court to prevent an aberration of justice, directs the Petitioner/Appellant/Respondent/Complainant to effect publication in English daily (where there is wide circulation and also in and around the vicinity of the Respondent's address) indicating the date of hearing as 21.09.2016.
