(Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to approve the appointment of the petitioner dated 01.3.2007 as B.T Assistant in the fifth respondent / Concordia Higher Secondary School, Valliyoor with in a time stipulated by this Court.)

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to approve her appointment, dated 01.3.2007 as B.T Assistant in the fifth respondent / Concordia Higher Secondary School, Valliyoor with in a time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been decided in the case of S.Christy vs. The Chief Educational Officer reported in 2011(5) CTC 532.

3. In view of the above, the 3^rd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.03.2012, in the light of the order passed in 2011(5) CTC 532 (cited supra), within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
