(Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction the educational loan to the Petitioner's daughter V.Malini for her B.E(Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Course)at Karpagam College of Engineering, S.F.No.758, 759 and 760, Othakkal Mandabam, Coimbatore for the academic years 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019 and 2019-2020.)

1. Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent/Bank.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.

3. Though the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for sanctioning of educational loan to the Petitioner's daughter, the learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly submitted that the application for grant of such loan has not yet been given by the Petitioner to the second respondent/Bank, since the said application was not furnished to the Petitioner, in spite of making a request for the same.
