1. It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents/contemnors that the writ appeal in W.A(MD)No.273 of 2016 has been filed against the order dated 12.12.2012 made in W.P.(MD)No.7749 of 2008, wherein notice has been ordered by the Division Bench.

2. Recording the abovesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to revive if an occasion so arises in future. No costs.
