(Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the S.C.No.24/2015 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Theni at Periyakulam to any other suitable District Court.)

1. The petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking to transfer the S.C.No.24/2015 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Theni at Periyakulam to any other suitable District Court, stating some allegations levelled against the officer concerned and further stated that the Presiding Officer has refused to record the answer given by the witness.

2. Considering the fact that, I am of the view, that it is the duty of the Court to see that the justice seems to be done. Hence, it is a fit case to withdraw the case in S.C.No.24/2015 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Theni at Periyakulam and ordered to transfer the same to the learned Principal District Judge, Theni, for disposal in accordance with law.
