1. The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent No.2 to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.07.2015 and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.07.2015 a case was registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 352, 355 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.182 of 2015 dated 17.08.2015.
