1. This petition is filed seeking for a prayer to direct the Respondent No.2 to file the final report in Crime No.522 of 2013 dated 20.7.2013 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Today as per the order of this Court, the Superintendent of Police, Thoothukudi District, is present and submits that in Crime No.522 of 2013, a charge sheet has been filed on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi. Even though F.I.R has been registered against four persons, at the time of filing of charge sheet A1 alone was filed and A2 to A4 was deleted and notice has also been issued to the de-facto complainant and the case was posted for hearing on 17.11.2015.
