2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.09.2015, a case in Crime No.34 of 2015 was registered by the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 294(b), 447 and 506(i) of Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of TNPHW Act.
