The petitioner has filed the present writ petition on 27.10.2014 with the following prayers:- “It is therefore, most respectfully and humble prayed that; i) the instant writ petition may kindly be ordered to be allowed and a writ, order or direction in the appropriate nature may kindly be issued in favour of the humble petitioner; and ii) the impugned order dated 22.10.2014 (Annexure-2) transferring humble petitioner from Bikaner to Nagaur may kindly be ordered to be quashed and set aside'; and. 5. In the circumstances of the case, it is expedient that the effect and operation of the impugned transfer order Annexure-2 dated 22.10.2014 qua the present petitioner shall remain stayed for a period of 30 days.
