The petitioner applied for the post of Teacher Gr.-II (Hindi) in the selection process of Teacher Grade-II Competitive Examination, 2013 and she belongs to category of General Women (Physically handicapped) (Hearing Impaired).Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner secured in the said examination 173.64 marks vide Annex.6 mark sheet S.B.CIVIL WRIT PETITION No.7052/2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also pointed out that the petitioner has already filed a representation vide Annex.8 dated 23.09.2014 to the Secretary, RPSC, Ajmer, asking for the reasons as to why no cut-off marks have been announced for the physically handicapped (hearing impaired) persons and, therefore, what is the reason for not considering the case of the petitioner and non-selection of her in the said selection process, she is not in a position to know whether her candidature has rightly been rejected or not.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the present writ petition filed by the petitioner is premature and the respondents are expected in law to decide the pending representation filed by the petitioner vide Annex.8 on 23.09.2014, preferably after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of one month from today.

With these observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

No costs.
