29. h September, 2014. PRESENT HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE VINEET KOTHARI Appearance: Mr. V.K. Mathur, for the petitioner. None present for the respondents. -- BY THE COURT:

1. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, Mr. Bhagwas Dass S/o Sh. Panju Ram, in this Court on 22.05.2013 seeking following relief(s): - “It is, therefore, humbly prayed that this writ petition may kindly be allowed and by an appropriate writ, order or direction:

1. The record of the case may kindly be called for.

2. The order of suspension dated 2.4.2013 (Annx.5) may kindly be declared illegal S.B. CIVIL WRIT PETITION No.6606/2013. Bhagwas Dass Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. Order dated 29/09/2014 2/3 and the same may be quashed and set aside.

3. The respondents may kindly be directed to revoke the order of suspension dated 2.4.2013 (Annx.5) and reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential benefits with immediate effect.
