The plaintiff was also directed to serve a copy of such affidavit on the parties including the added defendant No.7.
Today Mr.Roychowdhury, learnes counsel for the added defendant No.7 submits that copy of such supplementary affidavit was served on the learned Advocate on record of the added defendant No.7 only a couple of days ago and that too after a letter was written to the plaintiff’s learned Advocate on record seeking a copy of the supplementary affidavit.
He submits that this is just a ploy on the part of the plaintiff to delay the proceeding as there was a clear direction in the order dated 29th August, 2014 for service of a copy of the supplementary affidavit on the parties including the added defendant No.7.

Mr.Mitra, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the defendant No.4 seeks for extension of time to file affidavit in reply dealing with the plaintiff’s supplementary affidavit.
Let such affidavit in reply be filed by the defendant No.4 within one week after the puja vacation.
The plaintiff will be at liberty to file affidavit in reply to the affidavit in opposition filed on behalf of the defendant No.4 within two weeks after the puja vacation.
Let the matter stand adjourned till three weeks after the puja vacation.
