1. The lawyers are observing strike which is contrary to various Supreme Court decisions. Name of Mr. Prem Dayal Bohra, as the counsel for the petitioner, is shown in the cause list.
2. Nobody is present for the petitioner.
3. Perused the record. The case is listed at Sl. No.5 in the cause list under the category of “For Fresh Admission Without Stay”..
4. The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner in this Court on 29.08.2014 with the following prayers:- “It is, therefore, humbly and respectfully prayed that this writ petition of the petitioners may kindly be allowed:- S.B. CIVIL WRIT PETITION No.6216/2014. Smt. Champa Devi Vs. State & Anr. Final Order dated 08.09.2014 2/4 A. By an appropriate writ order or direction the respondents may kindly be directed to give the joining as per rules with all benefits. B.. Any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner. Writ petition filed by the petitioner may kindly be allowed with costs.”. 5. The matter pertains to the claim of the petitioner about joining of the petitioner as Safai Karamchari in the selection process initiated by the respondent - Municipal Council, Pali. It appears that the matter has already been ordered to be inquired about vide communication dated 29.05.2014 (see para 15 of the paper-book). In view of the pendency of the inquiry in the matter regarding eligibility of the candidates to the post of Safai Karamchari, as afore-quoted, this writ petition filed by the petitioner is considered premature and, therefore, this writ petition is liable to be disposed of. However, the petitioner will be free to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law once the pending inquiry in the matter is completed by the Government Authorities and appropriate report is furnished to the State Government.
