1. The lawyers are observing strike which is contrary to various Supreme Court decisions.
2. Heard the petitioner, who is present in person.
3. The earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner being SBCWP No.5991/2014- Nemi Chand Solanki Vs. State & Ors., has already been disposed of three days back on 26.08.2014, wherein it was directed as under: - “Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction and liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation ventilating all his S.B. CIVIL WRIT PETITION No.6085/2014. Nemi Chand Solanki Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. Order dated 29/08/2014 2/2 grievances against the impugned order Annexure- 5 dated 11.08.2014 within a period of fifteen days from today and the said respondent i.e. Director of Secondary Education, Bikaner is expected to consider the case of the petitioner and decide the representation within one month thereafter in accordance with law, preferably after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.”. 4. The petitioner has not given any representation in pursuance of the said order to the Director of Secondary Education, Bikaner, and without approaching the said authority, the petitioner has again filed the present writ petition purportedly on the ground that he has been relieved without deciding his representation.
5. If the representation itself was not filed, the petitioner cannot blame the respondents for the same. The petitioner himself has not complied with the directions given by this Court on 26.08.2014, the present writ petition is considered to be misconceived.
6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned parties forthwith. (Dr. VINEET KOTHARI), J.
