*** Ajay Tewari, J (Oral) The petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.151, dated 21.12.2013, registered under Sections 324, 326, 148, 149 of the IPC, at Police Station Goraya, District Jalandhar.

On 1.8.2014, the following order was passed :- “ Petitioner seeks concession of pre-arrest bail in a case registered at the instance of Rishi Sethi alleging that on 13.12.2013, Pankaj Sethi, his wife and mother along with others had assaulted him by coming to his shop.

So far as grievous injury is concerned, it has been attributed to Pankaj Sethi non-petitioner.
