(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.44 dated 04.03.2013 registered under Sections 354, 506 and 306 IPC at Police Station Kotwali, Faridkot, Tehsil and District Faridkot.

At the very outset, learned Assistant Advocate General on instructions from H.C.Gurmail Singh states that the matter has now been fixed for 22.09.2014 and 18 out of 21 witnesses have already been ASHISH201408.14 12:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh CRM-M No.26600 of 2014 ::2:: examined.
