(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents to adjust the petitioner as a Guest Faculty History Lecturer at Government Senior Secondary School Berli Khurd, District Rewari, in terms of order dated 30.03.2012 (Annexure P-4).Reliance has been placed upon the order passed by the Supreme Court on 19.10.2012 (Annexure P- 7).according to which, it is asserted that Guest Teachers should be allowed to continue to function till the fresh appointments are made.
