and CRM No.M-13384 of 2014 titled as, “Balbir Singh and others versus State of Punjab and another”., as the same have arisen out of the same occurrence.

This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing FIR No.16 dated 17.01.2014 under Sections 341/323/324/148/149 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Maqsudan, District Jalandhar City (Annexure P-1).along with its cross version registered vide DDR No.34 dated 17.01.2014 under Sections 324/148/149 of the Indian Penal Code (Annexure P-2).on the basis of compromise, along with all subsequent proceedings arising from that FIR as well as its cross-version.
