(Oral) Prayer made in the petition is for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case arising out of FIR No.121 dated 31.5.2014 under Sections 363, 366, 494, 420 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar.

The aforementioned FIR was registered on the basis of statement made by Manmohan Singh to the effect that his elder daughter, who was aged about 21 years and was doing B.A.Part-II privately from Ludhiana, had met Rahul Verma, son of the petitioner, there at Ludhiana.

Both of them developed acquaintance.

Said Rahul Verma was able to entice away the prosecutrix.

The FIR was initially registered under Sections 363, 366, 120-B IPC.

However, during the investigation of the case, when the prosecution collected the material to show that Rahul Verma already stood married and subsequently Criminal Misc.

No.M-22755 of 2014 -2- contracted the marriage with the prosecutrix, offences under Sections 494 and 420 IPC were added to the heading of the FIR.

The petitioner, who is mother of Rahul Verma, the main accused is behind the bars since 1.6.2014.

In the FIR, it was alleged that Rahul Verma had enticed away the prosecutrix in connivance with his mother, father and maternal uncle.
