This application is filed by the petitioner alleging inaction on the part of the respondent Nos.5 and 6 in issuing release order to pursue his study in B.Ed.

According to the petitioner he has been working for gain in the post of Assistant Teacher in Physical Education and Work Education Group.

page 32 On the basis of an application dated May 17, 2014 (Annexure P-5 at of this writ application) submitted by the petitioner to the University of Calcutta with counter signatures of the respondent Nos.3 and 5 he has been admitted to pursue study in B.Ed couRs.(Session 2014-2015).The classes in connection with the above couRs.has been started w.e.f July 1, 2014.

In view of the above I direct the respondent authority to issue above release order in favour of the petitioner within July 18, 2014.
