By the instant writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the impugned order (Annex.P/8) dated 11.06.2014, whereby his selection to the post of Head Master has been rejected.
The petitioner in the present writ petition has sought following relief/s: - “It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that writ petition may kindly be allowed and by an appropriate writ, direction or order:- a.
the impugned rejection letter dated 11.06.2014 (Annexure-P/8) may kindly be quashed and set aside.b.the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the candidature and selection of the humble petitioner and accordingly pass a fresh order.c.cost of the writ petition may kindly be S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.5007/2014 Rajiv Kumar versus State of Rajasthan & ORS.Order dt: 11/07/2014 2/2 awarded to the humble petitioner.d.any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the humble petitioner.”

The petitioner's selection on the post of Head Master since has been rejected by a non-speaking order passed by the Assistant Secretary of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission vide the order impugned (Annex.P/8) dated 11.06.2014 as according to the petitioner, he possess the requisite teaching experience to his credit, therefore, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty and direction to the petitioner to approach the respondent, Secretary, Rajasthan Public Service Commission, by a suitable representation with relevant evidence and the said Secretary is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner by a speaking order after giving him an opportunity of hearing within a period of one week from the date of submitting such representation.

With these observations and directions, the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
No orders as to costs.
A copy of this order be sent to the concerned parties forthwith.
