SHEET CA No.321 of 2014 With CP No.40 of 2009 IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA Original Jurisdiction IN THE MATTER OF : M/S.APARNA LIGHTNING INDIA PVT.LTD.AND DEEPAK KUMAR GUPTA BEFORE: The Hon'ble JUSTICE PATHERYA Date : 6th June, 2014.

Mr.Victor Dutta for State Bank of India.

Mr.B.Mohanty, O.L.appeaRs.The Court : Sale was confirmed in favour of the applicant by order dated 28th March, 2014.
