D.B.CIVIL WRIT (HABEAS CORPUS) PETITION NO.3453/2014 Devaram Versus State of Rajasthan & ORS.Date of Order :: 20.05.2014 PRESENT HON'BLE Mr.JUSTICE GOVIND MATHUR HON'BLE Mr.JUSTICE ATUL KUMAR JAIN Mr.C.R.Choudhary for the applicant Mr.Shiv Kumar Vyas - Government Advocate Mr.Gopal Acharya for the alleged detenue BY THE COURT : Alleging illegal detention of Ms.Renuka, this habeas corpus petition is preferred to have a direction to produce the corpus before the court.

Ms.Renuka at her own, while availing police protection as given under S.B.Criminal Misc.

Renuka & ORS.versus The State of Rajasthan & Ors., appeared before us.

It is submitted by her that she has already solemnized marriage on 01.05.2014 with Mr.Sharwan Paliwal, resident of Village Bhandiyawas, Tehsil Pachpadra, District Barmer.

She also disclosed that having apprehension for danger to her life, she preferred a miscellaneous petition as per [2].the provisions of Section 482 Cr PC, wherein the following order has been passed :- “The petitioners No.1 and 2 i.e.Smt.

Renuka and Sharwan Paliwal respectively present in person and state that they voluntarily solemnized the marriage on 01.05.2014 at Delhi and after marriage, when they reached their village, the respondents No.4 to 9 threatened to kill them and, therefore, they filed this Criminal Misc.

Issue notice.

Learned Public Prosecutor is directed to accept notice on behalf of the respondents No.1, 2 and 3.

Issue notice to the respondents No.4 to 9 only.
